A little History about the woman behind the Apron . . .
I grew up in a family that grew our own fruits, vegetables - fresh. I've always enjoyed cooking and baking as a small child and creating something wonderful to eat. I would watch my grandmother make sugar Easter Eggs each year. They looked like beautiful and delicate Faberge eggs. That is when I fell in love with Sugar and Art.
While a teenager, I worked as a Assistant Cook at a Catholic Retreat House, feeding 120- 150 people each weekend. I knew that someday I would get to return to my Passion. After years of working in the Corp world and sharing some of my Sweets to friends, co-workers and family, my Passion became a Business. I left the Corp world to pursue my Dreams and Passion. I have LOVED every minute of learning new Techniques, getting inspiration from Design and putting it to Cake.
